Wilderness trips for queer, trans, and LGBTQ+ folks
Venture Out Project provides a fun and safe space for queer, trans, and LGBTQ+ people to experience the outdoors. They do this through backpacking trips, camping trips, camps, and more. Along with the wilderness trips, Venture Out provides education and support to help schools and organizations affirm their LGBTQ+ community members.

Venture Out promotes inclusivity in all they do and create safe spaces for anyone of the LGBTQ+ community to experience nature. Along with these trips, they promote stewardship of the natural world and teach all participants what it means to leave the wild a bit better than you found it.
